Tami Shaffer is the Attorney Development Manager for all junior business law associates across the firm’s four California offices. In this role, she is responsible for managing staffing, workloads, individualized professional development, and performance evaluations. Ms. Shaffer also supports firm-wide initiatives on opportunity, inclusion, and belonging, attorney development, engagement, and retention.
