Nirali Shah

Nirali Shah is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences and Technology groups. She mainly works with life sciences companies at every stage of their corporate life cycle: formation, venture capital financings, initial public offerings, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Nirali was an associate in the New York office of Ashurst LLP.

Nirali is a Board Member of the ALS Association Greater New York Chapter, is a Member of the national ALS Association’s Public Policy Committee, and is Co-President of Wellesley College’s New York Club.
