Ben Shin is a law clerk in the Los Angeles office of Goodwin. He joined Goodwin in 2024. Ben’s application to the California bar is currently pending; he is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
Professional Experience
Prior to law school, Ben worked as a litigation analyst at Munger, Tolles, and Olson.
While attending law school, Ben served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sherilyn Peace Garnett of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Ben also served as a justice for Loyola’s Moot Court Honors Board, competed in the Roger Traynor California Moot Court Competition, served as a lead mentor for the Young Lawyers Program, and served as a research assistant to one of his professors.
Ben was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2023.
