Stanislav Shishkin is counsel in the firm’s Private Equity group. Stanislav deals with all aspects of corporate law matters, with a particular focus on private equity transactions. His experience includes advising on management buy-outs (acting for private equity investors and management teams), venture capital investments, bolt-on acquisitions, group reorganizations, and secondary transactions. He joined Goodwin in 2015.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Stanislav was an associate in the London office of King & Wood Mallesons LLP (formerly known as SJ Berwin LLP).
