Experience

Ethan’s recent experience includes:

  • Representing a former executive of a leading security technology company in class action litigation alleging violations of federal securities laws 
  • Representing a large national bank in a complex multi-district class action litigation alleging violations of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and state unfair competition laws
  • Representing the sellers of a healthcare marketing company in Delaware Court of Chancery post-closing litigation arising out of an $80 million sale of the company to a buyer
  • Representing various companies and individuals in commercial disputes, including litigation in federal and state courts and confidential arbitrations before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

Professional Experience

During law school, Ethan served as a judicial intern for a Senior Judge at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He also completed an internship with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement, working with the trial unit on civil actions under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act, and Section 5 of the Securities Act.
