Lori Siembieda

Lori Siembieda is the Attorney Development Manager for all Litigation department associates across the firm’s four California offices. In this role, she is responsible for managing staffing, workloads, individualized professional development, and performance evaluations. Lori also collaborates with other professional staff teams to support firm-wide initiatives relating to attorney development, diversity, engagement, and retention.

Lori practiced law in the Litigation Department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York for over a decade.
