Yash Singh is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Investment Funds and Capital and Real Estate Industry groups, having joined the firm in March 2025.
Yash’s practice focuses on representing investment managers on the structuring, establishment, marketing, management and operation of investment fund products, with a focus on real estate, venture capital and private equity. Yash advises both first-time and experienced managers and has represented global institutional investors (including sovereign wealth investors) on their investments, co-investments, carried interest structures and LP-led secondary portfolio transactions.

- Madison International Realty on a strategic GP stake investment in Matter Real Estate
- NREP, Urban Partners’ Northern European real estate business, on the establishment and fundraising of their open-ended core/core-plus real estate fund, which has raised in excess of €1.8 billion
- Ares Management on raising combined $5.4 billion for US and Europe value-add real estate strategies
