Neel Sitaramya is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin and a member of the firm’s Private Equity group. Neel represents technology companies and private equity sponsors throughout all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from formation and general corporate counseling to venture capital and growth equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes advising clients on venture financings on both the company and investor side. Neel joined the firm in 2023.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to law school, Neel coached high school and college basketball. During law school, he worked at a technology-focused venture capital firm, where he evaluated early-stage startups, conducted market research, and supported investment diligence. His work contributed to the firm’s decision to invest $1.2 million in one of the companies he sourced.
