Matt Smith is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. His practice focuses on healthcare regulatory issues related to healthcare transactions and operations.

Matt advises investors, healthcare companies, and healthcare providers on corporate and regulatory issues, including those impacting healthcare mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and reorganizations.
