Ben Spillman

Ben Spillman is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department, representing emerging companies and the venture capital, growth equity and private equity investors that back them. He advises clients across the corporate lifecycle, including company formation, corporate governance, financings, strategic investments, and M&A transactions. Ben joined the firm in 2023.
