Julia is an associate in Goodwin’s Antitrust and Competition and Consumer Financial Services Litigation practices and a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. She represents clients in complex civil litigation in both federal and state courts and in government investigation and enforcement proceedings.
Julia has represented companies in antitrust litigation involving claims of price-fixing, monopolization, and tying arising under both federal and state antitrust laws. She has represented financial services institutions in consumer financial class actions and other complex litigation in addition to defending clients in enforcement proceedings and government investigations brought by the CFPB.
Julia maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in asylum and anti-SLAPP matters.
