Karen N. Stefaney

Karen Stefaney, who joined Goodwin in 2012, serves as the firm's Director of GO! Team Learning + Professional Development. She is responsible for overseeing learning and development for the firm's professional staff in all departments as well as managing the firm’s core orientation and integration program for both staff and attorneys. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Stefaney was the Director of Learning and Development for Boston Scientific Corporation, managing global training for the Regulatory and Compliance organizations. Previous to that, she was the Business Development Manager for Hewlett Packard, where she was responsible for customer training. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training and Development.
