Stephen Sun

Stephen Sun is an associate in the Debt Finance practice at Goodwin. Stephen’s practice focuses on representing different types of borrowers in debt financing transactions, including domestic and foreign private and public companies, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies.

While attending law school, Stephen was a Note Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Stephen is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
