Sibel Tekesultan

Sibel Tekesultan is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group.

She focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on leveraged buyouts, private equity transactions, and venture capital investments.

She advises private equity firms, corporates, and managers in private and public M&A, restructuring, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2022, Sibel worked as an intern in the corporate department of Clifford Chance and DLA Piper.

She is fluent in French and English.
