Sukrti Thonse

Sukrti Thonse is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She advises companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle, including corporate formation, governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and securities law matters. Sukrti also advises innovative biologics and drug companies on FDA regulatory and compliance matters that arise in the development and commercialization of new products and indications. Sukrti is admitted to practice only in California, her application to New York bar is pending.

Prior to law school, Sukrti worked at an emergency department as a scribe manager in an underserved area which fostered her interest in healthcare law. 

While attending law school, Sukrti gained legal experience by working at a variety of in-house companies including Kaiser Permanente, Gusto, and Upgrade. She graduated as a pro bono scholar and has worked extensively with her law school’s Legal Education Opportunity Program through serving as a teaching assistant and programming coordinator.
