Jess Tomlin is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2024.
Professional Experience
Prior to law school, Jess worked at a FinTech startup, where she oversaw administrative and legal compliance with local and federal laws specific to the credit card industry. In law school, Jess was a corporate legal intern at Vivid Seats and also worked at the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab, where she advised a diverse range of clients on matters concerning the EU AI Act, IP anti-cybersquatting enforcement, and corporate formation. Jess’s previous experience informs her interest in contributing to the firm’s ECVC and intellectual property practice areas.
