Philip Treesh is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and is a member of the firm’s Private Equity group. Philip joined Goodwin in 2024.
Philip specializes in representing sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the investment life cycle, counseling clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments, recapitalizations, and other financial and strategic transactions, in addition to general corporate and governance matters.

- Ridgemont Equity Partners in connection with the acquisition of Anne Arundel Dermatology.*
- GIC, in connection with its acquisition of a minority stake in Reworld, a provider of sustainable waste solutions.*
- GIC, in connection with its acquisition of a minority stake in Biomat USA, a blood plasma collection subsidiary of Grifols, S.A.*
