Satvi Vepa is an associate in the firm’s Tax practice. Satvi’s practice focuses on complex domestic and international M&A transactions, including advising on the tax implications of group reorganizations, across a range of sectors and markets. Satvi has also had experience advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions (including securitizations) and VAT in the insurance sector.

- Accel-KKR on a significant growth investment in Masabi, the ticketing innovations company
- York Capital Management and its portfolio company Cennox on their acquisition of iTech, a leading Irish transport provider providing specialised services associated with moving and locating high technology equipment
- Queen's Park Equity on its investment in TelcoSwitch, a leading communications software provider to the UK SME market
- IK Partners on its acquisition of International Correspondence Schools, an online learning provider
- ReViral Limited in respect of its agreement to be acquired by Pfizer, Inc. for up to $525 million
- Bregal Milestone on its acquisition of Redstor, a category-leading data management and SaaS protection company headquartered in the UK
- HqO
- on its acquisition of Leesman Limited, a world leader in measuring and analysing the experiences of employees in their places of work
- on the end-to-end tenant experience platform for commercial real estate properties, on its acquisition of Office App, a leading European tenant and employee engagement platform
- LDC on its acquisition of Wifinity, a Gigabit Internet Service Provider, with products and services connecting over 6 million people a year
- Antin Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of Pulsant, a nationwide provider of data centre and cloud infrastructure in the UK
- TA Associates on its combination of Compusoft with Genstar-backed 2020 Technologies to create a global provider of planning and manufacturing solutions for residential and commercial spaces
- Halo Technology, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity, on its acquisition of Solid Optics, a global provider of compatible transceivers, high-speed cabling, and multiplexers
- SportPursuit, the leading online private sales club in the UK and Germany focused on sports, outdoor and active lifestyle products, in connection with private equity firm bd-capital’s investment in the company. Following the investment, the current SportPursuit management, including all the founders and the CEO, will remain in place
- A large multinational owner of educational institutions on the multi-jurisdictional reorganisation of its group, the implementation of a management incentive programme and the sale of an interest in its group to a third-party investor*
- Mainstream Renewable Power, a global wind and solar energy group on the c. $1 billion sale of its group to Aker Horizons of Norway*
- BP on the c. $5 billion sale of its petrochemicals business to INEOS*
