Arlynn Villanueva

Arlynn is Goodwin’s Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Recruiting. In this role, she is responsible for managing the firm’s partner recruitment efforts for New York and works closely with firm leadership and the Managing Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting to design and execute the firm’s recruitment strategy. Arlynn oversees the entire recruitment life-cycle for New York partner candidates including the final onboarding process.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2022, Arlynn was a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Morrison & Foerster LLP where she handled partner, counsel and associate recruiting efforts for their New York office.

Arlynn is an active member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP), National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) and New York City Recruitment Assocation (NYCRA).

Arlynn currently serves on the NALSC Law Firm Advisory Committee.
