Oliver Walker

Oliver Walker is an associate in in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group, based in London. 

Oliver advises on commercial and regulatory matters in the life sciences and technology sectors, working on transactions including licensing and collaboration agreements, manufacturing and services agreements, clinical trial agreements, and R&D projects. Oliver also advises pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on commercial matters for drug development and commercialisation, as well as providing guidance on intellectual property, venture capital investments, M&A transactions, IPOs, and regulatory issues related to medicinal products and medical devices.
