Isaac Wall

Isaac Wall is an associate in the firm’s Technology group. He joined Goodwin in 2021. Isaac works with and advises companies in all stages of growth. He advises clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity financings and other strategic transactions. While focusing on the tech sector, he has experience in a wide range of industries, including media, energy, industrials and consumer products.

Prior to joining Goodwin Isaac was an attorney at Sidley Austin in New York where he was a member of the Private Equity group, and prior to that he was an attorney at Allens in Sydney, Australia, where he was a member of the firms M&A and Capital Markets group.
