Melanie Walusiak

Mélanie Walusiak is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.

Mélanie focuses her practice on Private Equity and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions transactions. She mainly advises private equity funds, both listed and non-listed companies, industrial groups and investment funds within the framework of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, leveraged buy-outs and management packages.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Mélanie worked as an associate in the Private Equity/M&A team of the Paris office of DLA Piper LLP.

She is fluent in French, English, and Polish.
