EA Weeks is an associate in Goodwin’s Life Sciences group and a member of the firm’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice.
Experience
Dr. Weeks’ practice focuses on intellectual property transactions for life sciences and technology companies, including complex strategic collaboration, co-development, and licensing transactions. She also advises on all intellectual property aspects of large corporate transactions in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, software, gaming, and technology. Dr. Weeks also has extensive experience in global patent portfolio and lifecycle management, as well as general patent counseling and due diligence.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Dr. Weeks was an associate in the Technology Transfer and Patent Prosecution Groups at Jones Day. Dr. Weeks began her legal career in 2012 as a patent agent, and ultimately an associate, in the Intellectual Property Group at Troutman Pepper LLP.
