Megan Weeren is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. Megan’s practice focuses on all aspects of the formation, operation and ongoing management of a variety of private investment vehicles, including venture capital funds and private equity funds. Megan’s work ranges from advising established sponsors in connection with multi-billion-dollar global fundraises to guiding emerging managers through all aspects of raising capital. Megan joined Goodwin in 2021.

professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Megan served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Robert M. Brutinel, Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. While attending law school, Megan was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Douglas L. Rayes of the US District Court for the District of Arizona and to the Honorable Jennifer B. Campbell of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Megan also served as an Associate Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and an Executive Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal.
