Gabriel Weiner is a corporate associate in Goodwin’s Technology group and Digital Currency and Blockchain Technology practice. He’s dedicated to helping builders develop disruptive, world changing technologies.
He serves as outside general counsel to startups and protocols throughout all phases, including formation and structuring, governance, seed, venture and growth financings, token launches, M&A and reorganizations.
He also frequently represents venture investors on transactions in crypto/web3 and other sectors.
He has broad experience with various equity and token financing structures and frontier questions at the intersection of law and web3, including on decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
