Steve Wheeler

Steve Wheeler is counsel in Goodwin’s Technology group. Steve focuses his practice on advising private companies in M&A and other strategic transactions. He also advises private companies on general corporate matters and both company and investor clients in connection with venture capital financings. Steve joined Goodwin in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Steve was counsel at Gunderson Dettmer.
