Sara Wolf

Sara Wolf is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of the Technology and Life Sciences groups. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Ms. Wolf represents clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a primary focus on advising emerging growth companies throughout their life cycles ranging from entity formation and structuring, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Wolf also has experience representing private equity funds and strategic investors in connection with investments in emerging companies.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Wolf was a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. Before attending law school, Ms. Wolf worked in Washington D.C. for a nonprofit organization focused on utilizing the power of technology to connect low-income communities around the world to vital online information and resources.
