Hermina Wong

Hermina Wong is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group. She advises on a broad range of private equity and corporate M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers and acquisitions, management equity plans, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Hermina trained and qualified as a solicitor at Sidley Austin LLP, where she also gained experience with the firm’s Global Finance, Financial Services Regulatory, and Restructuring practices.
