- Ares Management on the successful closing of a continuation vehicle and on the underlying sale of a Madrid-based PRS portfolio comprising 26 freehold assets and an internalised management platform with a combined c. €690 million gross asset value.
- Frogmore, a UK-focused real estate investment and asset manager, on the sale of various Jersey entities owning three mixed-use blocks within the prestigious Notting Hill Gate estate for a total consideration of £150 million.
- Madison International Realty on its acquisition from Black Lion Group of a strategic GP stake in Matter Real Estate, a UK-based real estate investment management platform with approximately €1 billion in AUM across the UK and Europe — including advice on the M&A, W&I insurance, joint venture and fund investment aspects of the transaction.
