Alice is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity groups, specializing in the Debt Finance practice.
She focuses on all types of debt financing transactions, such as leveraged acquisition, transportation (aircraft, ship and rail) and corporate finance, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on various types of bank and bond financing.
Her admission to the Luxembourg bar is pending; Alice’s work is supervised by Goodwin Procter LLP attorneys admitted to practice in Luxembourg.
