Jocelyne Yacé is an associate in Goodwin's real estate department in Paris.
She focuses her practice on advising French and international clients in real estate law especially in real estate transactions (asset and share deals), real estate asset management, leases and real estate development.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Jocelyne Yacé was an associate in Ashurst LLP’s real estate department in Paris. She has also completed several internships with business law firms real estate departments (Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Ashurst LLP).
