Ben Yeoh

Ben Yeoh is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice in London and is recognised as a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500. He advises private equity, venture and other alternative asset managers on the structuring, formation, operation and fundraising of investment funds.

Ben has a particular focus on advising emerging and growth managers, including first-time funds and spin-outs. He also advises on more complex and bespoke arrangements, including co-investment programmes, GP stakes and GP-led restructurings.

He advises clients on UK and cross-border matters and works closely with managers and investors across Europe and internationally.
