Yasee Zahedi is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology & Life Sciences group. Ms. Zahedi has experience with intellectual property transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions (representing both sell side and buy side), initial public offerings, private financings, and company formations.
Professional Activities
While attending law school, Ms. Zahedi was a judicial intern for Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and a law clerk for the United States Senate on the Judiciary Committee for Senator Dianne Feinstein. She was also an intellectual property intern for the general counsel of the Department of Homeland Security.
Ms. Zahedi was a senior staffer of the American University Law Review and a student attorney at the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic at American University.
