Rosette Zarzar

Rosette Zarzar is a law clerk in the Business Law department at Goodwin. Rosette specializes in environmental law, regulatory compliance, and international sustainability, with a focus on advising clients, policy development, and conducting detailed legal research. 

Rosette’s application to the New York bar is pending; she is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin. 

Rosette has a strong background in environmental law, regulatory compliance, and corporate sustainability. She has conducted in-depth legal research on international regulations, particularly in environmental and financial law, and has advised clients on navigating complex compliance issues. During her time as a legal intern for the International Law Commission, she analyzed international treaties and legal frameworks, providing insights on environmental and human rights issues. At the Environmental Law Institute and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, she produced legal reports for government stakeholders and developed risk assessment tools for private sector clients. Additionally, Rosette prepared legal memoranda on climate change liability and drafted governance documents during her time at the Inter-American Institute on Justice and Sustainability.
