Previous Professional Experience
Junqi was an associate in the Global Finance practice at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, DC, where she advised lenders, including BDCs, private debt funds, and banks, on venture debt financings and fund finance transactions. During her time at Sidley, she also completed a secondment as an Associate General Counsel with Hercules Capital. Prior to that, Junqi was a debt finance associate at DLA Piper.
