Yiwen Zhang is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group.
Yiwen’s practice focuses on representing both public and private high-growth companies. Her work with companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including company formation, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, public company representation and mergers and acquisitions. She joined Goodwin as a Summer Associate in 2021.

Yiwen acted as an associate editor for UC Irvine Law Review and the Journal of International, Transactional, and Comparative Law. She also advised small businesses at Community and Economic Development Clinic at UCI Law.
