Jenny Zhi

Jenny Zhi is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. Jenny focuses on structuring and establishment of international private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds. She also advises on the structuring and execution of liquidity solutions including LP portfolio sale. She has substantive experience in representing investors in making investments in private funds and co-investment projects around the globe.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Jenny was in the private funds practice at a Chinese law firm in Beijing. 

In addition to English, Jenny is a native Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese speaker.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Jenny assisted various managers including Eight Roads, Boyu Capital, Hony Capital, CDB Capital, Carlyle, PAG, Matrix Partners and Sino-Ocean Capital on China-related funds matters. Jenny also advised various investors with their investments in private funds.
