Elizabeth has represented financial institutions, major corporations, and individuals in a wide variety of securities and complex commercial matters in federal and state courts in New York and throughout the United States.

Elizabeth’s representative matters include:
- A global financial institution in defense of a series of Section 11 and fraud claims arising out of the issuance of exchange traded notes
- A leading international financial institution in an antitrust multi-district class action litigation relating to interest rate derivatives
- A leading international financial institution in an antitrust class action alleging manipulation in the market for U.S. Treasury securities
- A major financial institution in an arbitration concerning alleged unauthorized trading of complex products, constructive fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and omission, and violation of Florida elder abuse law
- A global financial institution in litigation arising out of the sale of the Liverpool Football Club
- A global financial institution in litigation relating to the pricing of derivative securities*
- An automobile manufacturer in connection with global diesel emissions issues, including coordinating U.S. and non-U.S. civil, criminal, and regulatory matters*
