Boston Bar Association Health Care Fraud Program: Resolving Civil Health Care Fraud and Qui Tam Actions

The Boston Bar Association presents “Health Care Fraud,” which will explore the latest developments in practice issues related to health care fraud. This is a three-part panel, and the second “Resolving Civil Health Care Fraud and Qui Tam Actions,” will provide valuable insights into resolving civil health care fraud cases, including a focus on the challenges that arise in resolving multi-jurisdictional and multi-agency investigations and Qui Tam actions.

Jennifer L. Chunias, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Litigation Department, will serve as a panelist. Ms. Chunias specializes in white collar criminal defense, False Claims Act litigation and investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance and investigations, securities fraud, health care fraud, and complex business and financial litigation.
