With current cases shaping the future of the smartphone and semiconductor industries, the United States International Trade Commission has never been a more important or popular venue for resolving intellectual property rights disputes.  Chinese companies are increasingly becoming targets of ITC investigations.  A highly specialized agency, the ITC presents unique challenges and opportunities.
