Patent Litigation in NY Courts: A View from the Bench

The New York Intellectual Property Law Association and The Federal Circuit Bar Association will host a half-day program with Chief Judge Randall Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and many experienced and esteemed New York judges and practitioners.
