ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference

The conference will offer 40 CLE sessions including 3 plenaries and feature 150 of the nation's most respected judges, academics and trial lawyers, as they address litigation development and techniques in trial advocacy. Jennifer Chunias, a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, will speak on the panel "The SEC’s New Settlement Policy: It Is a Whole New World."  Grant Fondo, a partner in the firm's Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense Group and its Privacy & Cyber Security Practice, will speak on two panels. The first, "Litigation, and SEC and White Collar investigations and Prosecutions: A Corporate Counsel's Perspective" and "How and When Do You Want To Get The Government Involved?"
