Passionate about innovation and technology, he has more than 15 years of experience in several media, communications and technology companies such as Altavista and Google. Responsible for kickstarting digital innovation and startups in Italy, he launched Annapurna Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on seed investments in the digital sector.

Mr. Reynolds is the SVP of business and corporate development at Fleetmatics where he is responsible for M&A and strategic partnerships. Prior to Fleetmatics he was the SVP of corporate development at Art Technology Group (ATG), a provider of ecommerce software and services. ATG was acquired by Oracle in 2011. Before ATG, Mr. Reynolds was the VP of corporate development at Hyperion solutions, a provider of financial software and business intelligence products. Hyperion was acquired by Oracle in 2007
