Conducting Cross-Border Investigations During The Pandemic And In A Post-COVID-19 World

The program will discuss the challenges and opportunities presented in conducting cross-border/global investigations during the pandemic and in a post-COVID-19 world.  Travel restrictions, shelter-in-place orders and work-from-home arrangements for many of our clients have made certain workflow strategies, such as performing interviews and acquiring data on-site and in-person, more difficult.  Panelists will cover key investigation strategies during social distancing directives. Jim Gatta, a partner in Goodwin’s White Collar practice, will serve as a speaker.
