BOSTON, Nov. 1, 2002 — High profile chief executive officers, directors and corporate governance experts came together this morning at Boston’s Four Seasons Hotel to discuss a multitude of issues pertaining to boardroom relationships. The roundtable, entitled “Changing Dynamics in the Boardroom,” was co-sponsored by Goodwin Procter LLP and Russell Reynolds Associates. The panel was moderated by Stuart Cable, who is a partner in Goodwin Procter's corporate department.
