Goodwin Procter has been named as a “Best Law Firm for Women” in the 2009 Working Mother & Flex-Time Lawyers survey. The firm is profiled in a special report in the August/September issue of Working Mother Magazine that highlights 50 firms for their efforts to advance and retain female attorneys.

Goodwin Procter actively supports the development and retention of our attorneys through a firm-sponsored Women’s Initiative. The 2009 Best Law Firms for Women survey was developed in a partnership between Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers. The 50 winning firms were selected based on their workforce profile, family-friendly benefits and policies, flexibility, leadership, compensation, advancement and retention of women.
