Inducted into the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers

A Goodwin Procter counsel was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers. Fellows are selected by members of the College in recognition of their skill and experience handling consumer financial services matters and for their dedication to the practice and ethics of the profession.

Crockett, a member of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Practice, represents banks, bank holding companies, trust companies and mortgage companies on a range of corporate and regulatory matters. She also has extensive experience in consumer banking regulation and lending matters. Crockett is a member of the American Bar Association’s Consumer Financial Services Committee and a past chair of the Consumer Financial Services Subcommittee on Deposit Accounts.

The American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers (ACCFSL), founded in 1996, is a professional association of lawyers dedicated to promoting public understanding of consumer financial services law through education and to enhancing the professional development of its members. Membership to the College is limited to lawyers whose principal practice is consumer financial services law and who have made significant contributions to the promotion of learning and scholarship in this area of law. Members are admitted by invitation only.
