It is with great sadness that Goodwin Procter announces the passing of our good friend and partner Edward A. King on May 20, 2015. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers go out to Ed’s wife, children, family and friends during this difficult time.
Ed joined Goodwin from Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP in 2005. He was a 1994 graduate of Fitchburg State College and a 1997 graduate of New York University School of Law. He was a member of Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences Group and a leader of the firm’s public company committee.
Prior to pursuing his higher education degrees and his legal career, Ed served our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps.
Ed’s sudden passing is an incredible loss to all of us who knew him and worked with him over the years. We will miss him dearly.
