The Yale Law Women have once again named Goodwin to the 2019 Top Ten Family Friendly Firms List, which examines trends in family friendliness among law firms, draws attention to gender disparities within the legal profession, highlights progress being made in the industry and identifies areas for improvement.
Specifically, the list recognizes leading law firms that have demonstrated a dedication to developing and implementing family friendly practices and policies, including flex-time, part-time and childcare support. The results were based on data collected from law firms, attorneys and prestigious diversity and inclusion certification programs.
