Goodwin partner Dr. Stephan Kock was recently named to Legal 500’s Hall of Fame list, an honor bestowed upon attorneys ranked as an “elite leading lawyer” for at least six consecutive years.
Kock is a partner and chair of Goodwin's Frankfurt office, where he is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Industry and Financial Industry Groups, as well as its Real Estate Finance & Restructurings Practice. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his work on acquisition and development financings, Pfandbrief lending, buy-out finance and loan portfolio transactions. Kock advises on all layers of debt, senior, mezzanine or other junior loans, and represents a wide range of international and domestic lenders. He is also involved in Goodwin’s PropTech Initiative, which is focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology.
